It's that time of year again. The annual Sigma Nu Thanksgiving Dinner will be held, as always, on the Wednesday before the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. This year, that means Wednesday, November 15th.

6pm: Cocktail hour
7pm: Dinner

Come to the house and catch up with your fellow alumni and favorite actives. Looking forward to seeing you all!

On Sunday, November 5th 2006, we will be holding our annual Alumni/Active Football game. Festivities will start at 1pm. There will be a BBQ and the game. Just between you and me, the actives look weak this year-- we can easily take them. Please mark your calendars and make every effort to attend and help make this event another success.

On Saturday September 23rd, we will be holding a meeting and elections for all the main positions in the Alumni Association. The meeting is at 1:00 PM at the house, should last about an hour, and will be followed by a BBQ.

Here is the information for White Rose 2006:

For everyone that missed Alumni Day, the alumni team pulled out a tough win against the active brothers winning 5-3. The alumni took a quick 3-1 lead over the active brothers with a punt return for a touchdown from GD1152 Jay Kyriacou. Then active brother fought back with 2 quick touchdown scores lead by GD1241 Juan Gamarra's interception for a touchdown. The alumni team stepped up on the defensive end and caused a safety.

Then on the next drive, GD1130, Shaun Scott closed out the game with a tip toe catch in the back ! of the end zone . After the game, everyone relaxed at the Alumni meeting(details listed below). Then concluded the day with a BBQ and texas hold'em between the Actives and Alumni.

Thanksgiving Dinner will be on November 16.
Cocktail Hour will start at 6:00 pm
Thanksgiving dinner will start around 7:00pm.
More food, drinks and laughs....hope you come out this year

Its that time again......Alumni football game against the Active house on November 6 from 11 am to 2 pm....after the game the fun activities continue back at the house for a barbecue, some beverages, cards and more...... Hope to see you there.......

Here's the info I have so far about White Rose. It will be taking place on April 16th. Right now, the current price for couples will be $110 *assuming* we get at least a 120 head count. If we don't hit that mark, the price will be different. The price for a single person is $60 bucks. These are what I'm told are the prices for alumni. Any more specific questions, please contact Matthew Grande or myself. His email is mgrande@stevens.edu while mine is phenry@stevens.edu. If you ask me a question, i'll most likely direct you to grande, so you're better off asking him. He's in charge.

2004 was a great year for donations. The amount donated far surpassed any amount in recent years, in fact it was more than twice what we received just 5 years ago.

I'd like to thank all the alumni who have donated this past year.

The 1st Annual Alumni-Active Texas Hold'em Tournament will be held on Saturday April 3rd. The tournament will be held at the house, where there will be food and beverages. All are welcomed to attend.
