Sit Down Dinner (8pm – 12am) Choice of: -Boneless Breast of Chicken Cordon Bleu -Broiled Filet of Salmon with Dill Sauce -Roast Prime Rib of Beef au jus (decision made at the table)   Hotel Information: $99 a night Includes: buffet breakfast in the morning, outdoor swimming pool, indoor Jacuzzi, and 32" LCD TV.
